This vegetarian eatery was opened in June of 2000 and immediately established it’s own niche place in the market. The menu is structured with a vegetarian base that can easily have meat (chicken or fish) added to a dish for those customers who desire it. All fresh ingredients are used with almost everything made in-house. The décor and vibe set the tone that offers a different dining experience than anyplace else. Space limitations have necessitated a significant amount or business is take-out - +/- 65%. Business has been solid since opening in 2000.
